RETURN POLICY

Returns accepted within 15 days from the delivered date for items bought on this website, and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. MariaPujanaDesigns.com will process your return upon receipt of the package. We must confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 15-day period. 

MariaPujanaDesigns.com is committed to complete customer satisfaction, and takes pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise, and we are confident that you will be completely satisfied. If you decide to return your purchase made online or over the telephone for any reason at all; MariaPujanaDesigns.com will refund that item within 15 days from the date of receipt of the returned merchandise. A 25% re-stocking fee applies to any resized or customized item; labor will not be refunded. Freight will be deducted from the amount of refund. 

• Please ensure that the contents of the package are in their original condition and secure within the box. For your security, do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the box. 

• Return the package to us by registered mail. We recommend insuring the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. MariaPujanaDesigns.com is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. 

• Please mail the package to the address below and confirm that your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package.

RETURNED CHECKS

All returned checks will be subject to a minimum fee of $25.00.  If MariaPujanaDesigns.com or its agents institute any action to enforce payment of a check returned for any reason, including stop payments, the buyer agrees to pay all costs associated with the collection, including but not limited to court costs and attorney fees.
